“Who is He?”: The Name of the Most Attractive Man of the Year Revealed

Actor Patrick Dempsey was selected by People magazine as the most attractive man of 2023. On Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the title was revealed.

The 57-year-old “Grey’s Anatomy” actor Patrick Dempsey was also featured on the magazine cover.

The married actor, who has twin sons named Darby and Sullivan and a daughter named Tallulah, said of the award, “Never give up on your dreams.”

Dempsey claimed that the magazine meticulously omits the winner’s name and that his family giggled when he told them about the reward. “You’re not authorized to discuss it at all,” he shot back. All individuals execute non-disclosure agreements.

“You have to enjoy the moment when it happens—the year goes by so fast,” Dempsey said in reflection after receiving the prize.

Dempsey expressed his gratitude for “that this is happening now” in his life in the magazine article.

Previous winners include Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (2016), David Beckham (2015), Adam Levine (2013), Bradley Cooper (2011), Ryan Reynolds (2010), John Legend (2019), Idris Elba (2018), Blake Shelton (2017), Chris Hemsworth (2014), Channing Tatum (2012), and Adam Levine (2013).

Johnny Depp (2009), Hugh Jackman (2008), Matt Damon (2007), George Clooney (2006), Matthew McConaughey (2005), Jude Law (2004), Ben Affleck (2002), Pierce Brosnan (2001), and Brad Pitt (2000) all achieved success in the previous decade of the 2000s.
