OBAMA TRAPPED – Now HE Could Face a Grand Jury Over ‘Russiagate’

It’s not looking good that former President Barack Obama may soon be testifying before a grand jury.

John Solomon, a reporter for Just the News, claims that a new legal scenario allows Obama to be subpoenaed and compelled to testify regarding his involvement in the 2016 Russiagate scandal.

The catch is that Obama is immune from prosecution for acts as president. However, that immunity is nullified if he lies under oath even once.

In a live interview, Solomon clarified, “He will lose that immunity if he lies as a private citizen about what he did as President.” “That is the trap.”

January 5, 2017: The Configuration

Obama oversaw a White House meeting where senior officials planned to trap incoming NSA Michael Flynn, according to Solomon. Despite having just cleared him, they devised a scheme to interview him, expose his deception, and bring charges against him.

Solomon cautions that Obama might be falling into the same trap that he helped create.

Gabbard Tulsi Releases New Documents

Tulsi Gabbard’s new documents, which she released on Friday, further fueled the fire by claiming that the Obama administration completely made up the Russia collusion story to discredit Trump prior to his election.

What did Trump say? “He is at fault. Treason was committed here.

Insiders acknowledge that Democrats are rushing. As Obama comes under increasing media scrutiny, many call for him to remain silent.

However, since there is no Fifth Amendment protection and grand jury rules are now in effect, one mistake could put an end to Obama’s defense permanently.

I SLEPT UNDER A BRIDGE — BUT MY DOG KEPT ME WARM, ALIVE, AND HUMAN People think rock bottom is when you lose your home, your job, or your family. They’re wrong. For me, it was the day I realized no one had said my name in two weeks. Not once. Except for him—Bixby. My dog. He didn’t speak it, of course, but every morning he’d look at me with those big, patient eyes, tail wagging slow and steady, like I was still worth something. Like I was still his person. We’d already been through hell together—eviction, shelters turning us away because of “no pets,” nights curled up under an old tarp while the wind cut through us. And still, he never strayed. Never stopped pressing himself against me in the cold like he could keep the world away just by staying close. Once, after two days without food, someone tossed a sausage biscuit from a car window. I split it right down the middle, but Bixby just nudged his half toward me with his nose. His eyes said, You first. I can wait. That moment cracked something in me. I started carrying a cardboard sign—not to beg, but to tell people who we were. Because strangers saw the dirt, the frayed hoodie, the unshaven face. They didn’t see him. They didn’t see how he kept me alive in more ways than one. And then last week—just as I was packing up to move spots—a woman in scrubs stopped in front of us. She looked right at me, right at Bixby… and said five words that changed everything. (continue reading in the 1st comment)
