Stephen Glover, one of the executive producers of “Swarm,” said that Malia was treated the same as any other member of the creative team, even though she comes from a famous family.

“We can’t be easy on her just because she’s the [former] President’s daughter,” he said. “Nah, she’s very down to earth, and cool. So, it’s not a problem at all.”

They are very proud of Malia, and they can’t hide it. For her last birthday, they sent her sweet texts to show their support.

“Happy birthday to this talented, hilarious, and beautiful young woman,” wrote Barack on his Instagram. “Malia, I hope 25 brings you everything you’re looking for and more.”

His wife Michelle also wished Malia a happy birthday by writing, “Happy birthday, Malia! I feel so lucky to be your mom and to be able to watch you become the wonderful young woman you are today. Love you so much! ”

When “The Heart” came out, Malia Obama walked the red carpet for the very first time. Her look at the Sundance Film Festival on January 18, 2024, showed off her unique style.

She gave off a laid-back but stylish look in a long, oversized gray coat and a casual blue shirt with stripes. With her dark knee-high boots, her outfit was a perfect mix of comfort and style.

A lot of people have responded online to how the young woman looks. Some people said nice things about Malia’s style, like “love her style” and praising her “classy look,” others offered mixed reviews, including a claim that she “needs a wardrobe consultant.”

Some people who were watching attacked her outfit. One person said, “Dressed like this for the red carpet? Tacky.” One person called her simple gray coat “thrifty.” One critic agreed that Malia’s style is a bit “indie.”

Not only did Malia’s first red carpet walk put her in the public eye, it was also a big step in her future as a movie star. She has made a name for herself at the young age of 25 thanks to her job as a writer on Donald Glover’s new Amazon show.

She wrote her first script for Donald Glover’s Prime Video show “Swarm.” Glover has said nice things about Malia’s work, saying that it is unique and looks good.

I SLEPT UNDER A BRIDGE — BUT MY DOG KEPT ME WARM, ALIVE, AND HUMAN People think rock bottom is when you lose your home, your job, or your family. They’re wrong. For me, it was the day I realized no one had said my name in two weeks. Not once. Except for him—Bixby. My dog. He didn’t speak it, of course, but every morning he’d look at me with those big, patient eyes, tail wagging slow and steady, like I was still worth something. Like I was still his person. We’d already been through hell together—eviction, shelters turning us away because of “no pets,” nights curled up under an old tarp while the wind cut through us. And still, he never strayed. Never stopped pressing himself against me in the cold like he could keep the world away just by staying close. Once, after two days without food, someone tossed a sausage biscuit from a car window. I split it right down the middle, but Bixby just nudged his half toward me with his nose. His eyes said, You first. I can wait. That moment cracked something in me. I started carrying a cardboard sign—not to beg, but to tell people who we were. Because strangers saw the dirt, the frayed hoodie, the unshaven face. They didn’t see him. They didn’t see how he kept me alive in more ways than one. And then last week—just as I was packing up to move spots—a woman in scrubs stopped in front of us. She looked right at me, right at Bixby… and said five words that changed everything. (continue reading in the 1st comment)
