The son, caring for his retired mother, decided to purchase a cozy apartment nearby, ensuring it was flawlessly renovated to match her strong character.

Despite its modest size of 35 square meters (excluding the balcony), the apartment boasts a spacious kitchen of almost 10 square meters and a main room of over 19 square meters.

Before the renovation, the apartment was in disrepair, requiring the complete removal of old coatings and extensive cleaning of surfaces. The renovation process included demolishing the hallway partition, replacing it with plasterboard to create convenient built-in wardrobes.

Upgrades were made to electrical wiring, radiators, doors, and water supply. Walls and ceilings were leveled and painted in harmonious tones, with porcelain tiles in the hallway and kitchen and parquet boards in the room.

The kitchen received custom-made furniture and an open layout onto the balcony.

The bathroom underwent a transformation, with wood paneling removed to increase space and accommodate a standard cabinet with a wide sink.

The glazed balcony was finished to match the interior.
