Donald Trump makes surprising comment about his relationship with Barron at White House dinner

Barron Trump has long been a big fan of soccer and played it during his entire childhood. As the son of the president, he got to meet some stars who passed through the White House halls, and just days ago, he met one of the biggest stars in history: Cristiano Ronaldo. During dinner, Trump bragged about his son.

Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, has moved back into the White House. As his sophomore year at Stern Business School, part of New York University, began, he decided to transfer to the DC campus and therefore moved back in with his parents.

In the 2020 Presidential Election, Barron voted for the first time, and many MAGA supporters claimed the now 19-year-old would be a future president.

Days ago, in an interview with Fox host Laura Ingraham, Donald Trump was asked about his five children. He said all his children are smart, and that if any of them might follow in his footsteps into politics.

Speaking about Barron, Trump branded his youngest as “tremendous.”

“They’re all great students, actually. I think Barron’s gonna be, uh, tremendous at that. He’s very meticulous,” the president said.

Ingraham then asked whether Barron could be a future president.

“A lot of people think [Barron] could be the next Trump president,” she said.

Trump replied, “I don’t know. I think. In a certain way, they all could.”

Barron Trump lived in the White House for four years during his father’s first term as president. He joined D.C. United’s youth soccer team when living in Washington and met several stars of the game at the White House.

This week, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo visited the White House as Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was a guest. Ronaldo plays in the Saudi league.

The megastar spent time with Donald Trump, and in a video posted on The White House’s X account, they were seen walking past the Presidential Walk of Fame, laughing.

Later, at dinner, Donald Trump revealed that Barron had met the star and bragged about the moment.

“This room is loaded up with the biggest leaders in the world — business, sports. My son is a big fan of Ronaldo; wherever Ronaldo is here, and Barron got to meet him. And I think he respects his father a little bit more now, just the fact that I introduced you,” he said. “So I just want to thank you both for being here.”
